How long will the shipping process take?

The total transportation time frame for motorcycles takes 15 business days on average although it can vary from 10 to 20 days.  We pick up most of our shipments within 5 to 10 business days and usually have them delivered between 5 and 10 business days after pick-up.  You’ll receive a more accurate time frame with the tracking information we send you.

No, you don’t have to be present.  However, someone that is at least 18 years old and can sign our contract (Bill of Lading) must be.  Thus, if you’re unable to be there, make sure a family member or trustworthy friend will be.  This will help to avoid unnecessary and untimely delays in the shipping process.  Someone must also be present to accompany the driver as they inspect the condition of your bike prior to loading it onto their trailer. This is done to ensure that if there are scratches or dents on the motorcycle, these are mentioned before the motorcycle is shipped.

Can you leave your motorcycle parked in your driveway and sign the contract and other paperwork later?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow this for security reasons.  Our driver must meet with a “live” person so they can sign the paperwork and be with them as they inspect your bike.  If our driver confirms the pick-up time with you and shows up as scheduled, someone must be there.  If no one is there to meet them, you could be charged an “attempt” fee.  However, a driver may be able to wait if they’ve been properly notified in advance but a per-hour wait fee may apply. These costs are discussed before we start the process so you will made aware of these fees.

The average for shipping a motorcycle domestically is roughly $500 while the cost to ship it internationally will average between $1,000 and $2,000.  However, there are certain factors that can influence your cost including:

• transportation method requested (enclosed vs. open trailer)
